ADVANCED CIRCADIAN RHYTHM DISORDER
According to your results, you have mild Advanced Circadian Rhythm Disorder (ACR). ACR means your body clock is running faster than a normal 24-hour period. Because it is running fast, your body clock is producing the wrong hormones at the wrong time of day.. ACR also causes you to run out of energy before the 'day' or 24 hour period is through, and shortens the sleep portion of your daily cycle, causing you to lose valuable sleep. ACR sufferers often sleep less than 8 hours per night, and awaken early.

As you can see from this graph, your circadian rhythm is running faster than a normal circadian rhythm, causing you to produce the wrong hormones at the wrong time of day. This means you may not have enough energy during the day, you tire too soon and awaken too quickly. By shifting your circadian rhythm back to a normal cycle, you'll experience increased energy with the ability to sleep better during the night.

Your Target Zone
Your body clock will only respond to light at certain times of day, and light at the wrong time can cause your condition to worsen. It is very important to use your light during your target zone and not at other times . Refer to your personal treatment schedule to know when to start using your light.



PERSONAL TREATMENT SCHEDULE

The circadian assessment program creates a customized treatment schedule from your test responses. Use the following schedule for best results:

Day Start Time Duration
1-2 -1:-30 am 30 min.
3 -1:00 am 30 min.
4 12:-30 am 30 min.
5+ 12:00 am 15-30 min.


Adjusting your treatment
As your circadian rhythm begins to normalize, you should notice more energy throughout the day with the ability to stay asleep longer during the night. Most people find their sleep patterns improve significantly if not completely. Once your body clock has become entrained by the light it doesn't need as strong of a stimulus of light. After the first week of use, most people find they can receive the same benefit by decreasing treatment time or sitting farther away from the light device.



CAUTION: Use Only with Apollo Products
These test results are calibrated to work with Apollo’s light therapy devices. Apollo’s BRITEWAVE™ and BLUEWAVE™ technologies produce a stronger and more rapid response than conventional light therapy, because they induce a higher degree of photoreceptor cell stimulation. Using other light devices with these results may not produce as effective of a response, or they could aggravate your symptoms by not shifting your circadian rhythm as quickly. If you have a different brand of light therapy, you may need to extend your shifting schedule or amount of time you use your light each day.

秋天是最美麗的季節,到處跑到處拍,選了幾張ps成了印象派畫風格,這個嘗試還蠻好玩的,感覺還真不錯
乾脆在ps裏面把動作記錄下來,批量處理了一批^^除了1,2張老的,大部分是本月的秋景

那日送農藥去機場,一路大霧,回來后也想找地方散心,就跑去wine route轉了轉,拍了些葡萄回來

周记

9月28: 两人皆断网,农药同学听说老板下周不来,蠢蠢欲动欲来加,因断网未定成机票,半夜终于定到,杀至机场

9月29:清晨8点(az时间5点)某人已经睡不着打电话告知我,下午4点去机场
俺早上去看酒节游行,下午美滋滋的就去机场了,某人头一次玩惊喜出现,我一天都在傻笑

9月30:农药同学大早起来在后院挖坑,下午便倒床不支

10月1:凌晨俺突然想起去年去阿港昆赏秋也是这个时间,查信息,决定去玩
下午去后山(家后面几分钟车程的那个省公园)hiking

10月2:出发前往阿港昆,途经多伦多,好吃好喝买好后上路,下午2点到达阿港昆,天气不好,今年大旱,枫树色彩也不好,走了2个加起来4公里的trail,看了一个瞭望台,下午5点半决定放弃这个不尽兴的旅行,晚8点半杀回多伦多,又是好吃好喝的采购,回家大吃

10月3:吃,睡,消除头一天旅行的疲劳,给植物们换盆

10月4:继续后院干活,种下明年春天的iris,tulip等
下午去botanical garden

10月5:去扔简历,得到的信息很不好,vineland拍雾景,ball's falls thanksgiving festival,晚上燕麦两口子来晚饭,同去瀑布观焰火

10月6:去看comfort maple---加拿大最老的最好的糖枫,顺便在pelham兜风,下雨

10月7:大雾。5点半起床,6点出发,7点到达机场,tf某人
逛街至9点半,返回加拿大
雾中兜风,看葡萄园

10月8:加拿大感恩节,吃
